Lauren Eckstrom, E-RYT, is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor based in Santa Monica, California. With background and training under some of the most prominent yoga teachers in the world, her classes combine creative sequencing with a focus on safe, sound alignment.
In 2012 Lauren associate produced and was heavily featured in The Ultimate Yogi with Travis Eliot, a 12-disc, 108 day all encompassing yogic lifestyle program. The Ultimate Yogi is the best selling yoga DVD on Amazon and has won multiple awards since being released.
Lauren has also been featured by international yoga brands such as Lululemon, Alo Yoga, and Manduka and she contributes yoga and mindfulness content for
MindBodyGreen.com, The Huffington Post, The Yoga Travel Tree, and Mantra Magazine. Lauren currently teaches group classes at Equinox, The Yoga Collective, Tru Yoga and Yoga Vista and leads workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings locally and internationally throughout the year.
