Kyra discovered the power of yoga in the aftermath of a ski accident as a Pennsylvania teenager. After healing her body through the practice, she felt a calling to share the gift of yoga with others. Her yoga studies have taken Kyra across the United States, to Central America and India and back again. Prior to her move to California, Kyra owned 3 yoga studios in Washington, DC, serving thousands of students.
Kyra teaches a physically challenging class, promoting a mindful awareness of the breath in this moment. Her intention is to inspire others to discover their own sense of adventure and tap into their joy, both on and off the mat.
Kyra’s dedication to healing has inspired her to become a personal holistic health and nutrition counsellor. She works with clients one-on-one to help them achieve their health and nutrition goals, and to manage issues that can be improved with simple diet and life changes.
Through specific questions and her analysis of food diaries, Kyra crafts personalized menus and tips for improving vitality. Kyra’s clients love her attention to the details of their lives and her ability to respond to their individual challenges.
