Born and raised in Columbus, OH, Shad's initial love for fitness grew from playing 4 years of varsity basketball. After his experience teaching group fitness classes for children, he began to pave a career towards personal training. Over the last seven years he has trained all types of clients, professional athletes, pre/postnatal specific, weight loss and general health and wellness. A certified SSC with International Sports Science Academy, his passion for helping others achieve continues to motivate him everyday.
