About
I've always had a passion for helping others and I see great value in
many different healing modalities such as yoga, massage and meditation.
I was fortunate to find Yoga West in Los Angeles, where I was trained
and licensed in teaching Kundalini Yoga and the National Holistic
Institute, a massage therapy school that teaches a wide variety of
different massage modalities.
I am currently enrolled in the National Holistic Institute's Advanced
Neuromuscular Program. Additionally, I have also attended Ho'omana Spa
in Maui's School of Massage to be trained in Hawaiian style of massage
known as Lomi Lomi.
