Thirteen years in holistic health has taught me that true relaxation comes from connection to the soul.
A massage that relaxes your muscles is good, but a massage therapy experience that recognizes your soul is better.
I teach Kundalini yoga, meditation and sound healing with the sacred
gong, which I often incorporate into a massage session. Certified in
swedish, sports and deep tissue, I combine these techniques based on
what your body tells me.
I am selective and don't overwork myself so I can provide 100% for each
client. My spiritual practice keeps me calm, balanced and grounded, and
you'll feel the same way by the time we're done.
